Isle of Wight Festival 2013

20 Jun

Wow, it has been such a manic week that I am only just getting round to putting up my pictures from the Isle of Wight, apologies!

I was lucky enough to head down to the festival with some other lovely ladies from work, as we were helping out on La Roche-Posay’s Be Sun Aware Summer Roadshow trailer in association with the British Association of Dermatologists. Whilst there we signed festival goers up for free mole advice and free Anthelios suncream, before partying away in the evening.

The acts were all amazing –  I was genuinely impressed with all who performed. Some of my highlights were the Jaguar Skills DJ set on the Thursday night, my favourite crooner Jake Bugg, Ellie Goulding (who put SO much energy into her performance), Rizzle Kicks (who didn’t stop dancing once), the beautiful sounding Ben Howard, the humble Bastille and The Killers, who pulled in one of the biggest crowds of the weekend.

Even better? It didn’t rain and storm like predicted which made me one very happy camper!
