Spotlight On: Olive and Frank

I love discovering new, exciting online fashion stores so I was delighted when I stumbled upon the unbelievably affordable fashion/jewellery/accessories e-tailer Olive and Frank

Olive and Frank was first launched in 2011 as an online jewellery store that sold quirky and unusual jewellery from British designers. Due to the success of this, founder Chloe (who had previously interned at places like The Times and Fashion East) was keen to expand into clothing and thus relaunched the company in August 2012 to become the brand that it is today.

What is great about Olive and Frank is that it is not just another replica of the plethora online fashion retailers which all seem to sell the same stock from warehouses in Manchester; instead, the brand prides itself on sourcing unique items that are also purse-friendly. Chloe told me how she sources products from suppliers all around the world and makes sure that they are both in keeping with current trends but also on budget. I love these classic, work-friendly yet slightly quirky items below, which are all under £20!

As well as the online store, Chloe is keen to continue trading at markets and hopes to someday open her own bricks-and-mortar store. Here’s hoping!
